During the healing: Any thoughts, feelings, or images that come up along the way — just let them come and go as they please. You can simply observe them like clouds drifting across a blue sky. If a thought or image lingers, that's okay too — there's probably a meaning to it. Nothing is wrong. Everything is as it should be. People often see colors during the session, and sometimes images.

Physically: some people experience a humming sensation in different parts of the body, or something like a light electrical tingling in the skin, or a pressure somewhere. That's completely normal — it's a sign that the energy is working there. Feeling very heavy, relaxed, and far away is also normal. The first time, you might not notice much — that's normal too.

I'll be healing at least the minutes you paid for, perhaps a little more, depending on what I'm sensing and receiving.

If I receive any impressions, feelings, or images during the session, I'll send them to you by email afterward — but only if you've checked that you'd like to receive them.

You can also add what you'd like me to focus the energy on. Like stress, grief, abundance, back, shoulders & so on. Note that you can add 1 focus at 30 min. healing & up to 3 at 60 min. healing. It's okay if you don't fill out the box, the energy will know where you need it the most.

The energy will keep working inside your system for a couple of days after the session — sometimes longer. Drink plenty of water over the coming days.
